What does my process look like?

  1. REQUEST AN ESTIMATE

    • You can request a free online estimate by clicking here. Please be ready to include a brief description of the desired project or repair and your location. For larger projects, we can work to schedule a time to do an in-person walkthrough.

  2. ESTABLISH AN ACTION PLAN

    • Along with the estimate, I will provide a scope of work that details each step that I will take during the project. This is the time for you to provide me with specific requests and to ask any questions to ensure we’re on the same page.

  3. SIGN THE ESTIMATE / CONTRACT

    • For projects over $2,000, a contract is required by the CCB. This will include names of both parties, addresses, client rights, description of work, and price & payment terms. For projects under $2,000, the estimate can be signed in lieu of a contact unless a contract is preferred.

  4. LET THE FUN BEGIN

    • This step is my favorite. Once I begin my work, you can rest assured that your project or repair will be completed in a professional manner. I will take great care to assure the surrounding work environment is protected, whether I’m inside or outside of your home.

  5. UPDATES / CHANGES TO ESTIMATE

    • Unfortunately there are times when a small project can turn into something a bit bigger. If this happens, changes in either material or labor costs will be communicated with you before I begin any additional work. No one likes a surprise charge.

  6. PAYMENT

    • A final invoice with several payment options will be sent via email from Quickbooks. For larger projects, a payment schedule will be established before the project.

All of my services are backed by a 1-year Service Guarantee. I am committed to doing the job right the first time, but if any problem arises as a direct result of negligence on my part, I will come make it right free of charge.
